Just want to say that this service is great. I used them to book accommodations in Havana and they met me at the airport, took me to the Casa and showed me around the city...all on their own time. They took a personal interest in my trip and offered their assistance to make me feel very comfortable and safe in Cuba. I would highly recommend this service...very reliable.
